Wardlaw Heating & Cooling sure has come a long way over the years! Wardlaw was established in 1981 by Brian Wardlaw as a heating oil delivery service and a gas station. In 1996, Brian moved the business to its current location at 347 Lake Street in Sault Ste. Marie to expand their services on heating and air conditioning.
Brian and his wife Janet retired from the business in 2012. Their son, Greg Wardlaw, and daughter, Kelly Jackson, took over the company and renamed the business Wardlaw Heating & Cooling Inc. The original fuel and dispensary division was then sold, allowing the HVAC service and installation division to continue to expand. The company soon became the exclusive authorized service provider for McDougall Energy and @Home Energy.
Wardlaw Heating & Cooling has become one of the area’s most respected HVAC contractors, receiving many commendations from industry leaders. The company is a proud supporter of several local charities and is very active in the community. They’re also very pleased to be a locally-owned and family-run company who treats customers like they’re part of the family. Kelly and Greg each have a son in the business, making them the 3rd generation of Wardlaws in the industry! Derek Jackson is in the office as Chief Information & Marketing Officer, while Jordan Wardlaw is an experienced installer & service technician.
