The best way to protect and lengthen the lifespan of any heating or cooling appliance is to make sure it’s regularly serviced by a professional. Our annual preventive maintenance memberships will keep your system in top condition, lower your operating costs, help you avoid costly breakdowns, and give you preferred service in the event of an emergency. All of this extra security is available for one low annual or monthly payment!

Memberships are available on furnaces, fireplaces and boilers. Memberships for air conditioners and water heaters can be added to any heating agreement.

18 Point Maintenance & Safety Inspection

  1. Check thermostat
  2. Check and adjust safety controls
  3. Clean burners
  4. Change or clean filter
  5. Inspect heat exchanger
  6. Clean and adjust pilot assembly
  7. Analyze for efficiency
  8. Check temperature rise
  9. Analyze output and test for carbon monoxide
  10. Lubricate all moving parts
  11. Check for gas/oil leaks in furnace, tank & lines
  12. Turn exposed dampers to heating as required
  13. Venting
  14. Check manifold or oil pressure
  15. Clean drains if necessary
  16. Clean blower
  17. Check thermocouple/cad cell/ flame sensor
  18. Check for loose wires

Fireplace

  1. Check and adjust thermostat
  2. Check and adjust safety 
  3. Clean burners

  6. Clean glass
  7. Check log placement, adjust if necessary
  8. Adjust burner flame
  9. Check for gas leaks
  10. Venting
  11. Check manifold pressure
  12. Clean blower/fan
  13. Check thermocouple
  14. Check for loose wires

Air Conditioning

12 Point Maintenance & Safety Inspection

  1. Check and clean condenser coil
  2. Check condenser voltage & amperage
  3. Check electrical connections
  4. Check the safety of the unit
  5. Check blower components
  6. Check air filters
  7. Check and clean condensate drain
  8. Check thermostat
  9. Check temperature drop
  10. Lubricate all moving parts where required
  11. Check for correct air flow
  12. Check refrigerant lines for damage
