Memberships are available on furnaces, fireplaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps and water heaters. We also offer combo packaging for heating and cooling, heating and water heating, or all three!

FURNACE

1. Check thermostat
2. Check and adjust safety controls
3. Clean burners
4. Change or clean filter
5. Inspect heat exchanger
6. Clean and adjust pilot assembly
7. Analyze for efficiency
8. Check temperature rise
